Celebrating 12 Years of Supporting Our Purple Community!

Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario (ESWO) invites you to join us on Sunday, September 28th, 2025, for the 12th Anniversary of our Annual Seize the Day Fundraiser at Graham Family Eco Park. All funds raised will directly support vital programs and services for individuals living with epilepsy, their families, and communities across Southwestern Ontario.

This family-friendly event kicks off at 10:00 AM with a spirited run or an uplifting walk followed by a BBQ celebration with exciting prizes. Whether you’re running or walking to honor a loved one, to stand with those affected by epilepsy, or to raise awareness, we invite you to be part of this inspiring day. Together, let’s build on last year’s success and celebrate the resilience of our purple community! Join us in showing everyone touched by epilepsy that they are never alone. Every step over the finish line is a step toward hope!

In-Person Courses:

• 2.5K Walk (two laps)
• 5K Run (four laps)

Virtual Run/Walk:

A virtual run or walk allows you to participate from any location. You have from September 28-29 to complete your 2.5K or 5K.

Registration and Fees:

• In-Person 5K Run: $34.62 (Free for children under 12)
• In-Person 2.5K Walk: $34.62 (Free for children under 12)
• Virtual Participation: FREE
