About the Event
Event Overview
Located on the high desert plain of southeast Arizona, Sierra Vista offers the ideal venue for a beautiful and challenging Half Marathon and 5K event with a 1M fun Run/Walk. Starting at 4,500 feet, the courses wind through country neighborhoods and continue up to beautiful Ramsey Canyon Preserve at 5500’ elevation. Both courses are USA Track & Field certified.
Event Details
- Half Marathon: Starts at 7:30 AM (closes at 10:30 AM)
- 5K: Starts at 8:30 AM (closes at 11:00 AM)
- 1M Fun Run/Walk: Starts at 8:45 AM (registration not required)
Awards Ceremony
A great finish line experience is planned with medals awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each age group for both men and women.
