14th Annual Milford 5K Trick or Trot Run/Walk

Join us for the 14th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk to benefit The Beth-El Center in Milford. The Beth-El Center is a recognized leader in caring for and meeting the needs of the hungry and homeless and strives to prevent and end homelessness. All proceeds will be donated to our charity partner.

Please note: While our plan is to conduct the Trick or Trot 5K in person, we are subject to the direction and authority of all State and local health authorities. Should the Federal Government, the State of Connecticut, the City of Milford, or other health authorities issue any directive that such activities like the Trick or Trot cannot or should not move forward in person, the Trick or Trot reserves the right to alter the event to virtual with or without notice.

• 14th Annual Milford 5K Trick or Trot Run/Walk: $40.22 (includes $3.22 fee), $27.50 (Ages 0-18) - 9:00AM EDT - 12:00PM EDT
• Trick or Trot Kids Run: $0 - 8:30AM EDT - 12:00PM EDT
• 14th Annual Milford 5K Trick or Trot Run/Walk (Youth 18 and Under): $27.50 (includes $2.50 fee) - 9:00AM EDT - 12:00PM EDT

Event Schedule:

• Oct 12: Guaranteed shirt sizing ends.
• Friday 10/24: Early bib, shirt & swag pickup (5:00 pm - 7:00 pm) at Beth-El Center, 90 New Haven Ave, Milford.
• Saturday 10/25: 7:30 am - Pre-registration bib, shirt, and swag pickup at Lisman Landing; 8:30 am - Kids' Halloween Dash; 8:45 am - Announcements; 9:00 am - 5K start; 9:45 am - Awards distribution.
