16th Annual Super Couch Potato 5K

The 16th Annual Super Couch Potato 5K returns to Onondaga Lake Parkway on February 8th! Pre-game the Big Game on the flattest course in town with 500 of the fastest football fanatics Syracuse has to offer. Whether or not your team makes it to New Orleans, you can win big with our raffle prizes and warm up with homemade soup at The Cobblestone.

Race Day Meet pre-race at Cobblestone Ale House in Liverpool. Post-race activities also at Cobblestone, including their homemade soup and other refreshments. Wear something to show support of your favorite football team and get your photo taken for our race website. Form a group with friends or family!

Cost: $30 for the 5K, custom Super Couch Potato giveaway and entry into the raffle. Price increases on 2/1. Swag only to the first 500 registrants! Starts at 11:00AM.
