Course: The course utilizes the Virginia Capital Trail, Powhatan Creek Trail, and the Greensprings Trail. It is USATF Certified.
Awards: Top 3 Men and Women overall in the 5K Run and Walk; Top 3 Men and Women Masters (40 years and over) 5K Run; Top 3 Men and Women in 5K Run for various age groups; Special Prize - "Middle of the Pack" Male and Female.
Additional Information: A portion of proceeds benefits area youth and From His Hands, a local charity. An ugly sweater contest and non-perishable food donation will also take place. Race T-shirt and size guaranteed to those registered by 12/2/25.
