17th Annual Tour de RACHA Bike Ride 2026

WHY THE TOUR DE RACHA MATTERS?

Each year thousands of children in our country suffer, and even die, from abuse or neglect. These children can be anywhere, including your own neighborhood. Child Abuse claims more victims than any disease. They experience physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, bullying, human trafficking, domestic violence, which in many cases, go unreported. WE FIGHT FOR THESE CHILDREN! WILL YOU JOIN THE FIGHT?

Your support by riding individually, organizing a group, or donating can help these children. Join our movement to “End Child Abuse Now”, by supporting Family Ties, Family Resource Serivces. Let’s all stand together and show Child Victims that they are not alone. Let’s give them a place they can turn to for help, and let’s help their families provide a safe environment for them to flourish.

Family Ties, Family Resource Services was established to address child abuse issues, family violence, sexual assault, and other children’s crisis issues. These services are paramount in helping child victims and their families heal in a supportive environment. In addition to free services for children victims and their families, Family Ties provides primary prevention and intervention services. Working collaboratively with local schools, churches, and community organizations; Family Ties is able to provide crisis services in Waller, Austin, and Harris counties.

Please support our efforts by joining us in April for the Tour de RACHA our, 17th Annual “Ride Against CHild Abuse.” There is no better, or more important, cause than our Children, our future. Join us in “Providing Hope Through Healing.”

Packet Pick-Up and On-Site Registration begin at 6:00 AM (the day of the ride)

• 48 Miles
• 26 Miles

Mostly flat terrain with some rolling hills

4 Rest Stops with snacks and drinks

SAG support will be available, as well as Police assistance
