This event includes a competitive 5km run for First Responders and civilians (wearing a 50lb vest), and a non-competitive fun run/walk open to all ages and fitness levels. All proceeds benefit mental health and suicide prevention programs for First Responders.
Event includes: Race Bib and pins, Timing (for competitive races), Hydration Stations, Finishers Medal, Event Tee, and Pancake Breakfast.
