2025 Canadian Cross Country Classic 5K

Presented by BackRoads Brews + Shoes, this event is hosted by Athletics Canada & London Western Track Club. It offers a unique opportunity to run on the same course as Canadian Olympians and high-performance athletes at Fanshawe Golf Course in London, ON.

The Cross Country Classic 5K is a celebration of the running spirit for the community. It features grass, mud, and grit, fostering a strong sense of community. An official ACXC Fan Fest with local food vendors and lounge spaces will follow the race.

The excitement begins on Saturday, November 29th, with the Kids 1K Cross Country race at 11 AM. Online registration is mandatory for both races.

• Kids 1K Cross Country race: Saturday, November 29, 2025, 11:00 a.m. EST
• Cross Country Classic 5K race: Sunday, November 30, 2025, 10:00 a.m. EST
• Friday packet pick-up: November 28, 2025, 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Registration Information:

• Registration includes chip timing, a personalized race bib (if registered by November 19th), and a 15% discount at BackRoads Brews + Shoes.
• Early registration for the 5K is $44.73 (Oct 2 – Nov 22), with race week pricing at $50.15 (Nov 23 – Nov 27) and last chance pricing at $55.56 (Nov 28 – Nov 29).
• Early registration for the Kids 1K is $17.66 (Oct 2 – Nov 22), with race week pricing at $23.07 (Nov 23 – Nov 27) and last chance pricing at $28.49 (Nov 28 – Nov 29).

Packet Pickup: Available at BackRoads Brews + Shoes (1295 Riverbend Rd.) on Friday and before the race on Sunday.
