2025 Citizens Run Against Cancer Half Marathon & 5K
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, Citizens Medical Center will host the 9th Annual Citizens Run Against Cancer Half-Marathon and 5K in Victoria, Texas! All proceeds from this event benefit local patients who are battling cancer. The race route showcases the heart of Victoria, starting in Downtown Victoria, through Riverside Park, and ending at DeLeon Plaza. With more than 1,500 participants, volunteers, and spectators, you don’t want to miss out on being a part of this inspiring event, while also supporting a worthy cause.
Events:
- 2025 Citizens Run Against Cancer 5K: $30, 8:00AM CDT - 11:30AM CDT. Open to ages 7-120.
- 2025 Citizens Run Against Cancer Half Marathon: $70, 7:30AM CDT - 11:30AM CDT. Open to ages 15-120.
- 2025 Citizens Run Against Cancer Half Marathon Relay: $100, 7:30AM CDT - 11:30AM CDT. Open to ages 15-120.
Race Day Information:
Half marathon and Relay begin at 7:30am. 5K begins at 8:00am. Team contest & parade at 7:45am. Maximum time allowed for the Half Marathon and Relay is four hours.

Packet Pickup: Thursday, October 9, 2025 & Friday, October 10, 2025, 4pm-7pm at the Citizens HealthPlex, 9406 NE Zac Lentz Pkwy, Victoria, TX 77904.
