2025 CNGK Championships

Celebrating 4 decades of excellence in Goju Karate, this traditional Goju-ryu karate competition will showcase the high quality of Goju Karate practiced in Canada today.

White Gis only. Online registration recommended. Limited onsite registration available on the day. All participants will receive a souvenir medallion.

Registration Fees:

• Closed Jan. 27 – Jan. 26: $65.00 Early registration
• Now registering Jan. 27 – Feb. 26: $75.00 Standard registration
• Feb. 26 – Apr. 18: $85.00 Last minute registration
• Apr. 19 – Apr. 24

Limited spectator entry available. Spectator tickets are $15 (age 13+). Child spectators accompanied by an adult are free.

In memory of Hanshi Jay Purdy, who funded the Championships in 1984 and continued hosting annual tournaments until 2011. Kyoshi Mike Robertson and the students of Canadian Naha-te Goju Karate honor his commitment through this event.
