2025 Cornwall Youth Triathlon

Join us for the 2025 Cornwall Youth Triathlon on Saturday, August 23, 2025. This event promises a spectacular experience with a traffic-free course through the city core of Cornwall. We welcome all young athletes to participate in our Duathlon and Triathlon events designed for various age groups.

Location: Cornwall Aquatic Centre, Indoor Pool for Swim Sections

Registration Fees

• $35.00 Early bird pricing (Jan 1 – May 31)
• $45.00 Tier 1 (Jun 1 – Aug 10)

Race Distances

Triathlon

• Ages 7-9: Swim 50m, Bike 2.5km, Run 1km
• Ages 10-11: Swim 100m, Bike 5km, Run 1.5km
• Ages 12-14: Swim 200m, Bike 7.5km, Run 2km

Duathlon

• Ages 4-6: Run 50m, Bike 200m, Run 50m
• Ages 7-9: Run 500m, Bike 2.5km, Run 1km
• Ages 10-11: Run 750m, Bike 5km, Run 1.5km
• Ages 12-14: Run 1km, Bike 7.5km, Run 2km

Event Schedule

• 8:00 a.m.: Ages 12-14 Tri/Du Start
• 9:00 a.m.: Ages 10-11 Tri/Du Start
• 9:45 a.m.: Ages 7-9 Tri/Du Start
• 10:15 a.m.: Ages 4-6 Du Start
• 10:45 a.m.: Awards Ceremony
