About the Event
Event Details
Join us for the Greater Sacramento Polar Plunge and 5K Timed Run on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Granite Bay Main Beach at Folsom Lake. You can choose to participate in the Run or do the Run and Plunge; it is completely up to you!
Our theme is Wild, Wild West, so however you choose to participate, don't forget your costume!
Event Schedule
The funds raised will support the sports, health, and educational programming that Special Olympics provides for free to children and adults with intellectual disabilities. All participants will receive a commemorative medal.
Stick around after the run, raise an additional $125, and join in the fun of the Plunge! You'll receive a cool Polar Plunge t-shirt and lunch.
