Kal Park Cross Country Races
The Starting Block Running and Walking Gear presents the Kal Park Cross Country Races, featuring a 9K Run and a 2.5K Fun Run.
Race Details:
- 9K Run: Challenging cross-country route with fantastic scenery over Kal Lake, single track switchbacks, rolling grassland meadow, and up Rattle Snake hill. This is a cupless race with no water stations; participants must carry their own water.
- 2.5K Fun Run: Suitable for adults and kids.

- Sunday, October 26th, 2025
- 9K Race start: 10:00 am PDT
- 2.5K Race start: 10:10 am PDT

- Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park, Coldstream, BC, Canada
- Jade and Juniper Beach Parking Lot
Additional Information:
- Outdoor washrooms at race start and medical support on site.
- Refreshments: Hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks at the finish (bring your own mugs).
- Age group awards and draw prizes follow the race. Costume prizes available.
- Draw prizes include New Balance shoes and entry to the Larry Nicholas trail race. Must be present to win.
- Dogs are NOT permitted on the course.

- 9K: CA$25.00 (BCA members CA$20.00)
- 2.5K: CA$10.00
