2025 Nashville Urban Runoff 5K & Water Quality Festival

5K Run/Walk Start Time: 7:30 a.m. CDT
Registration Fee: $40.00 (includes t-shirt/swag bag and participation medal)
The run weaves past green stormwater management practices. Exact t-shirt size and medal not guaranteed after July 1st registration. Race day registration available via phone/QR code. Early packet pickup: August 1st, 12pm-2pm near the melting Silver Bird at Shelby Park. Race day packet pickup: 6:30am-7:20am. Awards presented to top male/female finishers in various age groups and the team with best spirit.
Water Quality Family Fest: 6:30am-9:30am. Includes kids' activities and educational opportunities.
Grant Opportunity: $1000 watershed quality award for local non-profits. See website for details.
