2025 Northeast Family YMCA Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot Brought to you by Publix

This year marks a milestone, as our annual Turkey Trot celebrates its 55th year! We’d like to invite you to celebrate with us by participating in this year’s 5k Turkey Trot Fun Run/Walk! This family friendly event wouldn't be complete without a Kids Trot! Our kids trot is fun for all ages 2-10! Our course is set up on a football field near the finish line. We provide different distances to match each age level's abilities. Our Kids trot will start promptly at 10:00 am. Each race heat will be based off age and will be announced. Here are the distances by age group: All kids must report to the Football field by 9:45am. Each age group will be announced when to start their race. Races will go in this order: 3/4's 1 Length of Football Field, 5/6's 1 Lap around Football Field, 7/8's 2 Laps around Football Field, 9/10's 2 Laps around Football Field. Ultimate Challenge is for any children of all ages to complete 4 laps around the field.
