Race HQ (Transition Zone) - 1201 Rantz Road, Petawawa, ON, Canada

• Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run
• Sprint Team Relay: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run (team of 2 or 3)
• Super Sprint: 350m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run

Open water swim in Black Bay. Early race kit pickup on August 16th from 2pm-4pm at GearHeads - 3133 Petawawa Blvd. Race kits also available race morning 6:45am-7:30am. T-shirt sizes guaranteed for registrations before August 1st. Mandatory safety briefing before the race. Post-race meal and awards at the KIN Hut.
