2025 Pittsburgh Penguins 6.6K Run and Family Walk presented by Highmark

The 2025 Pittsburgh Penguins 6.6K Run and Family Walk presented by Highmark is set for Sunday, October 5, at PPG Paints Arena! Join us for our in-person 6.6K Run or 3.3K Family Walk, or you can participate wherever you are in the Virtual 6.6K! All proceeds benefit the cancer research and patient care initiatives of the Mario Lemieux Foundation and the youth initiatives of the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation. Celebrate the start of the 2025-26 Pittsburgh Penguins season and support two great charities at the 2025 Pittsburgh Penguins 6.6K Run and Family Walk presented by Highmark – Let’s Go Pens!

Special Penguins Ticket Offer for 6.6K Participants! This offer is good for exclusive ticket discounts for the Penguins vs. Anaheim Ducks game at PPG Paints Arena on October 31 and the Penguins vs. Detroit Red Wings game at PPG Paints Arena on November 13! Race Start Time: The 6.6K will start promptly at 8:00 AM on Fifth Avenue outside the EQT Gate at PPG Paints Arena; 3.3K walkers will line up behind runners and follow accordingly.

Pre-Race Packet Pickup Times/Location: Pre-Race Packet Pickup will take place Saturday, October 12, from 9:00am – 4:00pm at the Highmark Gate at PPG Paints Arena.
