20th Annual Kayla O'Mara Memorial Road Race

Event Details

The 20th Annual Kayla O'Mara Memorial Road Race will take place on August 2, 2025, in Goodrich, MI. This event celebrates the life of Kayla O'Mara, an All State Track & XC Runner, and raises funds for a scholarship in her memory.

Race Schedule

• Packet Pickup:
  Thursday, July 31st at Bauman's Running & Walking Shop from 3:30-6 PM
  Friday, August 1st at Goodrich High School from 4-6 PM
  Saturday, August 2nd at Goodrich High School starting at 7 AM
• Race Starts:
  8:30 AM - 5k Run/Walk
  9:30 AM - 1/2 Mile Fun Run
  9:40 AM - Awards Presentation

Course Information

The 5k course begins on Hegel Road in front of Goodrich High School with a track finish. The entire race course is open to traffic, so participants are advised to move to the right as soon as possible.

• 1/2 Mile Fun Run - 800m - $5.00
