33rd Annual Burgettstown Turkey Trot 5K Fun Run & Fitness Walk

Description: We can't wait to see you this Thanksgiving Day! For the past 32 years, hundreds of people from near and far have ventured out to Burgettstown to start their Thanksgiving Day at the Turkey Trot. This event raises the bulk of the funding for kids in the Cross Country and Track and Field programs. Brave souls cope with the capricious Pennsylvania weather that can be freezing and foul or unseasonably warm. Runners and walkers alike are challenged by "the hill," the final uphill battle to return to the school and cross the finish line. Come join us as we celebrate the season with friends and family at this awesome event. The kids on the Cross Country and Track and Field teams will be cheering, offering encouragement and thanks, as well as pulling some names of racers for some thank you prizes. We are really looking forward to connecting with you as we all support our community.
