Description

Fun women's only event including a flat, fast, certified, scenic out-and-back paved course that is closed to traffic. Prizes include: overall top 3, 5-year age groups, family teams, the Double Your Fun challenge, and door prizes. Attractive shirt for all participants while supplies last. For best selection of souvenir shirt sizes, enter by July 31st. Registration price increases as we get closer to the race day. Day of race entry fee (at the Willow Bay Race Site) is $45.

Course Map

The 5k is a flat and fast paved route which follows along Onondaga Lake. The course is USATF certified (#NY18059JG), and water is provided at the turnaround. Traffic is not permitted on the course during the race.

Awards

Top 3 Finishers Overall
Age-group awards to the top three finishers in various age groups.
Top three teams in each family category: Mother-Daughter, Sister-Sister, Grandmother-Granddaughter & Aunt-Niece
Random drawings for Door Prizes at the awards ceremony. You must be present to win.
Double Your Fun Challenge. If you double your finish time and it is less than your age on race day, you win a special prize! Note: Overall and age group awards will not be duplicated.

Packet Pickup

Packets can be picked up at Fleet Feet's Clay store on Route 31, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, between 5:00-6:30 PM, or at the race site on the morning of the race. Fleet Feet is located at 4136 State Route 31 // Clay, NY 13041, near Staples, across from Great Northern Mall.

Race Day Site Map

The entrance to the Onondaga Lake Park / Willow Bay area is accessed only through Long Branch Road. Use either John Glenn Blvd or Route 370 to get to Long Branch Road. Turn at the Willow Bay sign, go under the bridge and park in one of the lots. Make the short walk to the race headquarters at the Sawmill Creek Pavilion.
