About the Event
Event Details
This is the 47th annual Hogpen Hill Climb, featuring an 18K run known as one of the toughest races in Georgia and the South, and possibly in North America!
Event Details and Schedule:
- Registration will be at the pavilion on the north side of Riverside Park (across the street from Big Daddy’s). In the event of inclement weather, registration may be moved to the Helen FestHalle.
- 18K run starts at 11:00 a.m.
- 5K loop race begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Festhalle in downtown Helen.
- Baggage check-in for those in the 18K that want warm clothes at the finish atop Hogpen Gap.
- A quality race event shirt is provided.
- No personal vehicles are allowed in the finish line area.
Registration Fees: 5K - $30 early, $35 regular, $20 students; 18K - $60 early, $65 regular, $40 students; Combo (run both 5K and 18K) - $80 early, $85 regular, $55 students.
