About the Event

The nature run lasts for 4 hours and is not a competition but a trail run through beautiful nature with a modified schedule so that the whole family can participate and enjoy running in nature. You can choose different time slots to start. Changing time slots after registration is not allowed!

Distances:

• 22km
• 15km - 2 waves
• 9km - 2 waves
• Family run (4km)
• Kids run: kangaroos (500m), benjamins (1km), pupils (1.5km)

The final time schedule will be published on Facebook.

Additional Info:

With every registration, a tree is purchased. These trees will be planted later in the year during a planting action. All participants of the nature run are invited to optionally help plant our 'running' trees. Don’t forget to bring dry shoes for afterward!
