4th Annual Rising Sun 5K

Event Overview

The Rising Sun 5K symbolizes hope and joy. Participants will enjoy a series of activities including a karate style warm-up and celebratory board breaking upon finishing. Every participant will receive a custom bib, finisher medal, and a Rising Sun t-shirt.

1 Mile Run/Walk

A shorter 1 mile run/walk will also be available for the Little Dragons or anyone wanting a leisurely stroll through the park, garnished with all the same participation rewards.

Beneficiary

The event will benefit the Kick Start Foundation of Palm Beach, which aids at-risk children in academic and personal development through martial arts training.

  Saturday, February 21, 2026 - 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at East West Okinawan Karate – 125 Hypoluxo Rd, Lantana, FL 33462
