4th Fest 5K Run/Walk

This annual event is part of the Coralville's 4th of July celebration. The course is designed to satisfy experienced runners while being accessible for new runners. Same-day registration will be held from 7-7:45 a.m. at the Coralville Recreation Center, with the Run/Walk starting at 8:00 a.m.

Following the 5K, the Firecracker Mini-Marathon, free for kids up to 6 years old, will take place immediately afterward at around 9:00 a.m. After the race, participants can enjoy light refreshments and the awards ceremony.

T-shirts are guaranteed to participants who register by June 10. Race packet pick-up will occur from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27, and on race day from 7:00-7:45 a.m.
