After the successful return of 5.30 to Nottingham in 2024, we're bringing it back for another year, with more entries available due to unprecedented demand!
In the early morning of Friday, July 18th, hundreds of participants will take to the streets of Nottingham whilst the city is still asleep. The unique 5km course will start from Collin Street, pass through the pretty Lace Market Quarter, before travelling alongside Canal Street and Castle Boulevard, returning to the city via the Canal Tow Path.
At the end of the event, participants will enjoy a healthy breakfast with local seasonal fruits. Entries are limited due to the unique route, so hurry and snap one up before they sell out!
The 5.30 was created by designer Sergio Bezzanti and nutritionist Sabrina Severi in Modena, Italy in 2009. The idea was to promote a healthy lifestyle through regular physical activity and eating well.
Participants will receive:
5.30 Nottingham will donate £1 for each entry to Maggies Centre in Nottingham.
This year, we are selling a limited number of technical 5.30 t-shirts, available to buy during registration.
The event will start promptly at 5:30 AM from Collin Street. Please dress appropriately for the weather forecast, and we advise carrying your own water if you need refreshment.
