6th Annual WIT Girl Power 5K Run/Walk at Montgomery Whitewater

Women In Training, Inc. (WIT), a youth empowerment nonprofit, is holding its 6th annual 5K run/walk at Montgomery Whitewater on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. This event raises funds to distribute WITKITS of menstrual, dental, and hygiene supplies, along with menstrual education and leadership opportunities, to underserved girls.

Events:

• 6th Annual WIT Girl Power 5K Run/Walk: 9:00 AM CST - 12:00 PM CST. Participants run/walk a 5K course for a timed result. Awards will be given for overall and age group winners. All participants receive a WIT 5K t-shirt.
• WIT 1.75 mile Walking Tour: 10:00 AM CST - 12:00 PM CST
• Virtual WIT Girl Power 5K Run/Walk Race: Participants can submit their results online. Shirt, bib, and medal will be mailed.

The race is a fundraiser for WIT’s WITKITS Campaign to provide menstrual products and hygiene items to young, low-income people who menstruate. Each registration and donation contributes to WIT's mission of ending period poverty and empowering women.
