8th Annual Red, White & Blue 5K Run/Walk

Join us for the 8th Annual Red, White & Blue 5K Run/Walk on Friday, July 3, 2026, at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This event celebrates America with activities for the whole family.

Events:

• Red, White, and Blue 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 7:00 AM EDT. Price: $35.
• Uncle Sam's 1 Mile Walk: Starts at 7:30 AM EDT. This is an untimed event.
• Stars and Stripes Kids' Dash (50 yards): Starts at 8:05 AM EDT. This is a free, untimed event.

Location:

Barefoot Landing, 4898 Hwy 17 S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582, US

Race Information:

• Runners and walkers are welcome. Participants are encouraged to dress in red, white, and blue or costumes.
• Service animals and wheelchairs/mobility aids are permitted on course with prior notification.
• Baby joggers, strollers, skateboards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles, or any other wheeled device are not permitted.
• No water stop on the course.

Race Swag:

• RWB 5K and 1 Mile Walk: Participant Shirt (while supplies last) and Participant Medal.
• Kids' Dash: Finisher gift, with an option to purchase a t-shirt.
• All events include a Race Bib.

Registration:

• Online registration only.
• Registration closes Friday, July 3, at 5:00 AM EST.
• The Stars and Stripes Dash is free but requires online registration.

Packet Pickup:

• Thursday, July 2: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Native Sons (1519 Executive Avenue, MB 29577).
• Friday, July 3: 6:15 AM - 6:45 AM at Crooked Hammock Brewery at Barefoot Landing.

Awards:

Awards for Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, and Age Groups for the RWB 5K. No awards for the 1 Mile Walk or Kids' Dash.
