Description: Join the Seashore Striders in Milford, DE for the 7TH MISPILLION ART LEAGUE RUN FOR THE ARTS 5k. The MAL 5k is a flat & fast course through the Town of Milford utilizing the Mispillion Riverwalk Trail & Goat Island. The race will start and finish at the park adjacent to Arena's with a beautiful course through Milford.
