About the Event
Race Info
A Mile in His Shoes is a 5K for Men's Health, organized by the Men of Color Network in partnership with Muhlenberg Athletics. The event aims to dismantle the harmful effects of toxic masculinity and show men that there are people who care and are ready to support them.
Each kilometer of this 5K represents a stage of a shared journey: tearing down walls, acknowledging struggles, processing pain, and solidarity.
All proceeds will go toward Movember, supporting research, awareness, and programs that help men live longer, healthier lives.
