Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM for a dynamic Hybrid 10K Tempo Run starting from Boxhall City, Liverpool Street. This weekly session blends the energy of group running with the structure of tempo training, designed to sharpen your pace, build endurance and elevate your performance.
Our route goes through the heart of London, offering a mix of vibrant city streets, riverside paths and iconic landmarks to keep you motivated. Whether you’re tuning up for race day, aiming to push your limits, or just looking to enjoy a structured run with a supportive crew, this session is for you.
