Registration Includes:
- Participation in the Murph Challenge
- Light breakfast

Challenge Format
Participants will complete the Murph workout, a fitness challenge consisting of:
- 1-mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- 1-mile run
Scaling options are available, and participants can use a weighted vest for an additional challenge.
