About the Event
Aliferis Memorial Race
Set in beautiful Northeast Michigan, the Aliferis Memorial Race is open to runners, walkers and bikers of all ages and ability levels. It is named in memory of long-time Alpena Pathologist Dr. Peter Aliferis. This race is a celebration of his steadfast dedication to health and wellness. All proceeds will benefit the Peter Aliferis Scholarship Fund, the Cancer Center and patient enhancement projects and new technology at MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena.

Registration and material distribution on the morning of the race is located on the campus of MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena, under the big tent on the corner of Chisholm/US-23 and Johnson Street. Check in begins at 7:00 am and continues until events begin.
