Welcome to the 2026 Spring Fling and our 12th anniversary! Choose between the Half, 10K, or 5K distance and immerse yourself in the lush Coast Range just 20 minutes west of Monroe, Oregon! and 2 hrs from PDX!
Driving Directions: 2.5 hrs from PDX, 50 Minutes from Eugene, and 45 from Corvallis, Oregon. Google search Alsea Falls Recreation area!
Course: Amazing fern-laced loop in the Pacific NW woods! Each route has its challenges, and will test you and leave you smiling! See the website for maps!
