Race Day Schedule

• Race Day Registration and packet pickup begins at 7AM
• 5K starts at 8AM
• Fun Run starts at 8:45AM
• Awards begin at 9:15AM

Awards

Unique awards are given to Overall Male and Female, Overall Masters Male and Female, Overall Grand Masters Male and Female, and age group awards in 5-year age groups.

Shirts and Goodies

Shirts are guaranteed if registered by 10/2/25. Refreshments will be available after the race.

Results and Timing

The race will be accurately timed by BT Race Timing (not chip timed).

Parking

Plenty of free parking is available around Ellijay Elementary School. Note that the Apple Festival will be taking place after the race, so some roads may be blocked.

Race Series

This race is part of the Black Bag Race Series and the Clover Glove Race Series. Both in-person and virtual runners will receive series points.

Virtual and At Home Runners

Virtual runners must submit their time by noon on October 11th. Virtual runners DO NOT receive bibs, shirts, or awards.

Other Information and Refunds

Races will go on in case of rain, but may be delayed or cancelled in case of severe weather. No refunds.
