Arctic Dash at YMCA Camp Kern 2025

Event Details

Are you tough enough? Find out at our challenging 6K obstacle race around the beautiful grounds of YMCA Camp Kern, just outside of Lebanon, OH. The Arctic Dash will grind you through 27+ grueling obstacles, including military-style obstacles, water crossings, trail running, mud crawling, and a few "campy" challenges.

Family Wave: Kids 7 and up can run with their parent or guardian. Adrenaline will only get you so far; the rest is pure determination.

The first wave starts at 10 am, and subsequent waves leave every 15 minutes until 11:45 am. Family Waves start at 12:00 pm.

Requirements

• Runners must be at least 16 years old for the Competitive and Open Waves.
• ID and Waiver required on Race Day.
• Runners under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian, or the parent/legal guardian must be present to sign one on race day.

Additional Information

Free Parking and Bag Check at YMCA Camp Kern. We recommend you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your Wave Start Time to park, sign in at registration, warm up, and get to the start line.

Please wear appropriate clothing for weather and the obstacles. Spectators are welcome, free of charge. Age category prizes and overall prizes available for those who complete all obstacles. All runners receive a free Arctic Dash T-shirt and Medal (guaranteed for registrations received by Nov. 15th).

Free food and beverage (beer for those aged 21+) will be available to runners at the finish.
