Event Details
Join us for the Arise & Run duathlon on September 20, 2025! This exciting event in Denmark, WI features a combination of running and cycling, allowing participants to compete individually or as part of a relay team. Bring the entire family to enjoy the free 1-mile Fun Run!
Course Information
- Individual Participant - Distance: 16 miles
- Two Person Relay - Distance: 16 miles
- Three Person Relay - Distance: 16 miles
- 1 Mile Fun Run - Distance: 1 mile
Relay Legs
Each relay team member will complete the following:
- 3 mile run
- 12 mile bike ride
- 1 mile run
