About the Event
Arizona Youth Triathlon - Swim, Bike, Run
This triathlon takes place on Sunday, September 14, 2025 in Litchfield Park, Arizona. It includes age groups for 6 and Under, Ages 7-8, Ages 9-10, Ages 11-12, and Ages 13-14. The swim takes place at the Litchfield Park recreation center pool. The bike portion is along a community path and Old Litchfield Rd, and the run is along Old Litchfield Rd and around Tierra Verde Lake Park. This is a USAT sanctioned event; all participants must be a USAT member or purchase a one-day membership.
Event Schedule:
- 6:30 am: Ages 13-14 (Green Arrows)
- 7:00 am: Ages 11-12 (Green Arrows)
- 7:30 am: Ages 6 and Under (Yellow Arrows)
- 8:00 am: Ages 7-8 (Red Arrows)
- 8:30 am: Ages 9-10 (Red Arrows)
Event Divisions:
- 6 and Under: 0.25 yards swim, 0.53 mile bike, 0.30 mile run
- 7-8 & 9-10: 100 yards swim, 1.06 mile bike, 0.75 mile run
- 11-12 & 13-14: 150 yards swim, 2.12 mile bike, 1.25 mile run
Participant Swag: Event t-shirt and finisher medal.
Awards: Top 3 boys and girls in each age group.
