ASICS x SWIFTY MONDAYS x BAYOU - New Shoe Testing & 5k Fun Run + Spa Treat

Test out ASICS new running shoes, inspired by Japanese style and built for comfort. The shoes are due for release on December 1st.

We'll meet at Bayou Spa in Kensington where you can bagdrop warm clothes for after the run. Upon returning, enjoy sushi and drinks while hearing from a foot expert and taking turns for spa treatments from the Bayou team.

Schedule for the night:

• 18:00: Arrive and shoe swap
• 18:15: Pre-Run Briefing and Intros
• 18:30: Set off for a fun 5k run, mixed pace with regrouping
• Upon return: Sushi and Drinks, Talk from foot expert with Q&A, Foot Spa Treatment, Hang out, mingle, enjoy
• 20:30: Depart with a care package and a big smile! :-)
