Back to School 5K Glow Run & 1K Walk

This annual 5k is a fundraising event, organized and hosted by the Cary Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association. All funds go to the CPAAA to fund future community events and classes with the Cary Police Department. The event takes place at Hoffman Park and the Village of Cary trails. It begins by the disc golf entrance sign and finishes at the gazebo at the dog park.

Glow 5K Fun Run and 1K walk:

• Early bird (register by 8/10): $20.00 per person
• After 8/10: $30.00 per person

Race packet pickup is at Cary Dunkin’ Donuts (4-6pm Thursday, August 21st) or at 7pm on race day at Hoffman Park. The packet includes a t-shirt and glow goodies! Parking is available at the Hoffman Trails Dog Park parking lot and on West Main and Ivanhoe lane. The 3-mile (5k) run starts at 7:30pm, followed by a 1-mile walk. This event is not timed.
