Join us for the Band on the Run 5K on Saturday, August 16, 2025, to support the Avon Marching Black and Gold! This fun and healthy 5K allows participants to walk, run, or do both!

Begins at 7:30 AM on race day at the registration tent.
Strollers and pets are welcome. Please keep to the rear of the race line-up.
Register by August 2 for guaranteed T-shirt and medal! You can register up to the start of the race, but after August 2, T-shirt and medal are not guaranteed!
