The 5K race starts at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 15th, 2026, beginning at Barley's Taproom and finishing at Covenant Health Park. Wave starts will occur every 5 minutes. This event is in its 13th year and is known as the best St. Patrick's Day 5K in Knoxville.

Courses and Entry Fees

• Stadium Finish 5K - Medal+Tshirt Only: Includes a finisher's medal and t-shirt. Prices range from $25.00 to $50.00.
• Stadium Finish 5k + Medal+TShirt + VIP BARLEY'S EXPERIENCE: Limited to 500 entries. Includes all-you-can-eat pizza buffet and two adult beverages (21+), a finisher's medal, and t-shirt. Prices range from $35.00 to $60.00.

Cause

Carrie On Events, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, hosts this event. All proceeds go directly to Emily's Power For A Cure, a foundation dedicated to raising funds and awareness for neuroblastoma research.

Race Policies

• Strollers are welcome at your own risk.
• Headphones are discouraged due to the open street course.
• Dogs are not allowed on the course or in the stadium.
• All registrations are final; no refunds or transfers.

• Friday, March 13: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday, March 14: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday, March 15: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (Packet pickup ends at 1:30 PM)
