Battle of the Badges Half Marathon, 5K, & 1 Mile Fun Run

Lace-up your running (or walking) shoes for the second annual Battle of the Badges Half Marathon & 5K, on Saturday, January 31st. This family-friendly event features a fun competition between the Waco Fire and Police Departments. Choose which team you will support when you register and let the battle begin! The race kicks off at 8am at Waco Fire Station 1. Race proceeds will benefit both Waco Professional Firefighters - IAFF 478 & The Waco Police Association. Half marathon participants will receive a long sleeve dri-fit shirt and 5K participants will receive a short sleeve cotton shirt. 1 mile participants will not receive a shirt, but have the option to purchase either shirt at checkout. Shirts guaranteed for participants who are registered by 1/17/25. After that, shirts will be first come first serve. Packet pickup: Friday January 30th 4PM-6PM Waco Fire Station 1 - 100 Peach Street Waco, TX 76706 All registrations are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Proceeds from registrations, whether used or not used, will go to support the Waco Police Association & Waco Professional Firefighters - IAFF 478.
