Bell Ringer Trail Run

Event Details

The Bell Ringer Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Montgomery Bell State Park in Burns, TN. The event features three race lengths: 50K, 25K, and 15K, offering something for runners of all levels.

Course Description

Competitors will navigate a challenging yet achievable course with multiple uphill and downhill sections. The race showcases some of the best trails around Nashville, ensuring a rewarding experience for all participants.

Registration and Fees

• 50K: $103.43 (price increases after April 30)
• 25K: $92.81 (price increases after April 30)
• 15K: $82.18 (price increases after April 30)

Registration closes on December 11 at 11:59 PM ET.

Schedule

• 5:30 AM: Registration opens
• 7:00 AM: 50K starts
• 7:30 AM: 25K starts
• 8:00 AM: 15K starts
• 1:30 PM: 50K awards
• 4:30 PM: Final finisher cut-off

Aid Stations

All race distances will have aid stations located approximately every 5-6 miles, providing water and snacks.

Awards

Top 3 male and female finishers in each race will receive awards crafted by local artisans, made from wood sourced in the park.
