Let's shake those legs out with one final run before the big day!

Join us for our BlackToe Holiday 10k Shakeout Run on Saturday, December 6th at 9:30 a.m. from BlackToe Running at The Well! We’ll head out for an easy pre-race shakeout to get the legs feeling ready (a 5k before the 10k!). We'll also have our friends from ASICS on-site for shoe demos of the Megablast, Sonicblast, and Tokyo Edge and Sky, so you can test-drive something fresh before Sunday.

And because it’s us… yes, there will be donuts.

We’re also very excited to have Canadian Olympian and BT10k elite runner Natasha Wodak joining us, so here's your chance to share some easy kilometres with one of the best! We'll also be joined by our fantastic BT10k Pacer Team, so you can meet your pacers ahead of race day!
