Race Format

• 4.167-mile loops starting at 7 a.m. CT.
• Each loop begins precisely 1 hour after the last one.
• No non-competitors allowed on the course.
• Participants must remain on the course until each loop is completed.
• The winner is the last runner who completes a loop within the timeframe.

The Course

The trail consists of a custom path through South Park/Pollmiller Lake Campgrounds with varying terrain including paved roads, gravel, and trails. Expect only 175 feet of elevation gain per loop.

South Park, 61 5th Street, West Point, IA 52656. Look for the large brick structure marking the entrance.

Pollmiller Lake Campground offers electrical campsites, while nearby cities like Fort Madison and Burlington provide hotel accommodations.
