Brown’s Ravine Half & Full Marathon

Come join us for a 95% single track 5% dirt road trail race alongside the beautiful Folsom Lake. Located just outside of the Sacramento, this race is primarily run on the Southside Trail. All very appealing single track, great running, and some technical sections alongside gentle rolling hills in El Dorado county. The trail parallels Folsom Lake, oak trees, lush green grass, nice scenery, views of Folsom Lake, the surrounding foothills, and the snowcapped Sierra Mountains.

Event Details

Start time for Half Marathon: 8:00 am. Half Marathon course is Point to Point. 4.5-hour time limit for the Half Marathon. Start time for Marathon: 8:00 am. 9-hour time limit for the Marathon. Please note that this race was previously called Folsom Lake Point to Point Trail Half Marathon, but we decided to add a full marathon distance so we changed the race name. We hope you can join us for the 1st Brown's Ravine Half & Full Marathon.

Schedule: 7:00 AM — Registration/Sign-In/Bib-Pick Up Opens 7:45 AM — Trail Briefing 8:00 AM — Race Start 4.5 Hour Time Limit for the Half Marathon & 9 Hour Time Limit for the Marathon Please arrive early as we expect a full event. Bib Pick-Up/Registration will take place on race day. Race day registration available.

Course description & map will be available here. The half marathon course is Point to Point and the marathon course is out & back.
