Event Details

The competition will last for 3 hours. Participants can choose from two categories:

• Bodyweight: This category includes just bodyweight exercises, focusing on push, pull, and leg variations.
• Weighted: This category includes both bodyweight and weighted exercises, featuring challenges like 20kg weighted pull ups, dips, and squats.

Please note that any injury, stress, or theft is solely the responsibility of the competitor or spectator; the organizer, Brute Force, is not liable.
