Bulldog Breakaway New Year's 5K 2026

Description: Come join us for a 5K run for the new year. On Race Day, 7:00 to 7:45 am will be late registration and packet pickup. The Race will begin promptly at 8:00 am. We will then have awards after the race on the track.
Course: This USATF certified 5K begins on the track at The Citadel, where participants will run a lap around campus, go through Summerall gate of The Citadel, run 1 lap around Hampton Park, come back through Summerall gate of The Citadel and then run another lap on campus, finishing on the track.
Parking: Parking will be available near the track on The Citadel's campus.
Day of Race Registration: Registration the day of the race will be available from 7:00-7:45 am on the track at The Citadel. The fee will be $30.
Packet Pick-up: Race numbers and packets can be picked up from 7:00-7:45 am on the day of the race on the track at The Citadel.
Water and Restrooms: Water stops will be available throughout the course and near the finish. Restrooms will be available near the track.
Results: Results will be posted on http://sites.google.com/site/breakawayracing/ as soon as computations are complete.
Additional Information: Entry fee with t-shirt will be $30 before Dec 26 and $35 between Dec 27 - Jan 6. Entry fee without t-shirt will be $20 before Dec 27 and $25 between Dec 27 - Jan 6.
