Description: Please bring a canned food item and join us for the 5th annual CAN the Bird 5K Turkey Trot, on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, beginning at 8:00 am. The race will begin and end in the Walmart parking lot, 5885 Kingstowne Boulevard, Alexandria, VA 22315. All ages can enjoy a run, jog or stroll around Kingstowne and its scenic Lake.

Registration: Online registration only. Closes Thursday, November 27 at 7:45 pm.

• Walmart, 5885 Kingstowne Blvd, Alexandria, VA 22315: Race Day, Nov 27th, 7:00-8:00 AM

Awards: Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, top three male and female finishers in 12 & Under and 13-18 age groups. Plus fastest male and female runner with dog and fastest male and female runner with stroller.

Other: Participants will receive a commemorative race t-shirt. Donations of nonperishable food items will be accepted by Koinonia.
