- 8:00AM - 1KM Race Start
- 9:00AM - 5KM Race Start

This race will occur rain or shine. If the in-person event is canceled due to extreme conditions, participants will be switched to the virtual event. There will be no refunds if the in-person event is canceled.
Virtual Race Details
Participate virtually between June 1, 2024, and July 8, 2024. All virtual participants will receive a finisher medal and a Canada Day shirt.
Awards
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age category, with awards done in 5-year increments.

In-person: CA$65.00 (Regular Pricing) CA$70.00 (Late Pricing: Jun 25 – Jul 1)
Virtual: CA$55.00 (Registration open until Jul 1)
